Back in August, one of the most powerful men in entertainment, CBS's Les Moonves, was exposed for years of sexually abusing actors, writers, and other CBS employees. After public outrage, CBS launched an investigation into Moonves, who was still guaranteed a $120 million payout. But last week, news broke that Moonves repeatedly lied to investigators, including about conspiring with a male agent to keeping quiet a woman Moonves violently assaulted. Now, CBS is under pressure to withhold the $120 million golden parachute.

With CBS's shareholders already weary of the corporation's mishandling of Moonves, a rally right outside the meeting could put CBS over the edge. Will you join UltraViolet and NOW-NYC this Tuesday to make sure we send a powerful message: no golden parachute for sexual abuse?
