No Pardon for Child Abuser Ghislaine Maxwell

No Pardon for Child Abuser Ghislaine Maxwell

The petition to President Donald Trump and the U.S. Department of Justice reads:

Survivors of sexual violence, allies and/or concerned Americans are demanding a public commitment that Ghislaine Maxwell--convicted child sex trafficker and longtime accomplice of Jeffrey Epstein--will never receive a presidential pardon, commutation, or any other form of special treatment from the Trump administration or the Department of Justice.

We are deeply concerned by reports that President Trump is considering issuing hundreds of pardons this summer--especially as this administration has stated that it wants the public to 'move on' from the Epstein files while millions of key records remain unreleased.

Ghislaine Maxwell played a central role in carrying out one of the most notorious child sex trafficking operations in modern history. The American people deserve your loud and public commitment that no convicted abuser or enabler tied to Epstein's crimes will receive clemency, preferential treatment, or protection from accountability, including Maxwell.

We call on President Trump and the Justice Department to:

    • Publicly commit to never granting Ghislaine Maxwell a pardon or commutation.
    • Reject any attempt to provide special treatment to Maxwell or any other perpetrators connected to Epstein's trafficking network.
    • Prioritize transparency and accountability for survivors by releasing the full Epstein files, as required by law under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

During a recent Congressional hearing, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche hesitated before saying, "Of course,” when asked whether he would rule out recommending a pardon for convicted child sex trafficker and Epstein accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell

That pause spoke a thousand words. Here's why: Blanche, who was previously Donald Trump's personal lawyer, recently claimed under oath that he met with Epstein survivors--but survivors say this never happened. We believe them. What we do know is that Blanche met with Maxwell. That's right, in July 2025, Blanche met Maxwell in prison just before she was transferred to a lower-security facility amid reports of favorable treatment.

We've read recent reports that President Trump is considering issuing up to 250 pardons this summer. The American people deserve a public commitment that Ghislaine Maxwell will NOT be one of them. Maxwell--and anyone connected to Epstein's child abuse network--must never receive a pardon, commutation, or any special treatment from the Trump administration or the Department of Justice.
