Sexual predator Sean "Diddy" Combs shouldn't be honored or celebrated

The petition to Paramount Global and all cultural and civic institutions that have honored Sean "Diddy" Combs reads:

"Rescind Sean "Diddy" Combs' awards, honors, and memberships. Serial sexual predators should not be celebrated."

    Why is this important?

It takes a village for a predator to abuse women for decades. For years, institutions and individuals in and outside of the entertainment industry helped create the mythology of excellence and integrity that protected serial sexual predator Sean "Diddy" Combs from accountability. That stops now.

120 people--an equal number of men and women--have filed a class-action lawsuit against Combs for sexual abuse and exploitation. Some of the survivors were children as young as 9 years old at the time of the abuse.

    We believe all of them.

Now is the time to demand that Paramount Global, which owns MTV, BET, and Nickelodeon, and all other institutions that have honored Combs immediately rescind his awards. These awards have insulated him from accountability and validated his behavior for far too long.
