I am your constituent and I strongly urge you to sign on to Discharge Petition No. 27. This is a bipartisan measure introduced by Representatives Thomas Massie, Ro Khanna, and Teresa Leger Fernandez, which gives standing to state attorneys general, victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirators, and members of Congress to challenge the Department of Justice (DOJ) in court for its failure to comply with the disclosure requirements of Public Law 119-38, the Epstein Files Transparency Act (EFTA). If you have already signed on to this discharge petition, thank you so much. If you haven't, please consider joining this effort. Epstein's and his accomplices' victims, who total more than 1,000 and include many who were abused as children, have waited decades for justice. As for the public, considering the magnitude of the abuse and harms caused by Epstein and his co-conspirators, we have the right to know the extent of these crimes and if child abusers are being allowed to roam free among us. Being a billionaire donor should not shield you from the transparency that applies to all of us and is dictated in the EFTA.
