Major Music Artists: Stand Up For Survivors. Leave Wasserman Media Group.

The petition to top artists currently represented by Wasserman Media Group–including Childish Gambino, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Kendrick Lamar, Kid Cudi, Macklemore, Pharrell, RAYE, Shawn Mendes, and SZA–reads:

Pull out of Wasserman Media Group before Casey Wasserman sells the company. While Wasserman’s announcement to sell his media group is a positive development, it is not a win for survivors by any stretch. Wasserman--the media mogul who appeared in the released Epstein files 87 times for associating and flirting with notorious pedophile Ghislaine Maxwell--does not deserve the giant payout he is almost certainly to gain from selling his agency. You each are major artists that we admire, and dropping Wasserman’s media group now is both the moral thing to do AND could substantially reduce the paycheck that Wasserman receives. As it stands, Wasserman simply selling the company while taking zero accountability is a slap in the face to survivors everywhere. Please stand with survivors by dropping his agency before it is sold!

The release of the Epstein files is a huge win, but it’s not enough, because transparency is nothing without accountability. That’s why our community is working tirelessly to hold accountable every single person who participated in or enabled Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell's child abuse and sex trafficking network. And to us, working tirelessly means going after enablers from every angle.

Right now, our target is Casey Wasserman--a media mogul nothing short of Hollywood royalty. Earlier this week, we called on the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games (LA28) to remove him as Chair, and now we’re asking ten major musical artists to leave his label, the Wasserman Media Group, before he sells it. While Wasserman announcing this sale under mounting pressure is a welcome development, it is not a win for survivors. If anything, it’s simply a golden parachute for Wasserman. Why? Because Wasserman does not deserve the giant payout he is set to get from this sale--currently estimated at at least $800 million.

Already, huge stars like Chappell Roan have cut ties with Wasserman because of his connections to Epstein, but we need to keep the momentum going. We are calling on ten music heavy weights who care about survivors to cut ties with the Wasserman Media Group before he sells the company. Those artists are:
