Georgia's DA needs to drop all charges against Alexia Moore

The petition to Georgia District Attorney Keith Higgins reads:

Alexia Moore, a US Army veteran and Georgia resident, is facing a murder charge for allegedly taking FDA-approved medication abortion pills to end her own pregnancy. This prosecution is an unconscionable abuse of power. No woman should be charged with murder for making a decision about her own body and pregnancy. We urge you to drop all charges against Alexia Moore immediately.

Alexia Moore, a U.S. Army veteran, is facing murder charges in Georgia for allegedly taking FDA-approved medication abortion pills. The judge who presided over her bond hearing called the charge “extremely problematic” and questioned whether a conviction could ever be secured. Now it falls to District Attorney (DA) Keith Higgins to decide whether to prosecute this case.
