Stop enabling authoritarian censorship. Reinstate Jimmy Kimmel now. Critiquing the Trump administration is well within our First Amendment rights. Thousands of people agree with and support Kimmel. We expect you to reinstate him and his show immediately.
Disney owned news network ABC just suspended Jimmy Kimmel after his latest critique of the Trump administration.
The firing comes after the chair of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) threatened retribution against ABC. This level of censorship is setting a dangerous precedent, and we can’t sit silently while MAGA allies in corporate media bow to Trump’s demands to punish dissent and chip away at our country’s free press.
Publicly critiquing and expressing dissent is one of the most powerful tools we have as feminists pushing back on an administration hell bent on controlling our bodies, decisions and lives. We must fight back.
