Wade, we can't rely on the courts to protect abortion rights. That is where the Women's Health Protection Act (WHPA) comes in. WHPA, which was just introduced in Congress, protects abortion rights at a national level by voiding state level abortion bans and restrictions like those just passed in Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, and Ohio.
