Congress: No More Excuses. Investigate Rape Allegations against Donald Trump!

Congress: No More Excuses. Investigate Rape Allegations against Donald Trump!

The petition to the U.S. Department of Justice and every member of Congress reads:

As women, survivors, and allies, we are horrified by the serious allegations of rape and sexual assault against President Donald Trump detailed in the new 53-page report from House Judiciary Democrats--including allegations from two women who allege Trump sexually assaulted them when they were just 13 and 14 years old.

We are equally horrified by the report's accusations that the Trump administration withheld and covered up evidence that could link Trump to Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking network.

We join Representative Jamie Raskin in calling for an independent special counsel to investigate Trump's potential involvement in Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking network, the rape and sexual assault allegations against Trump, and the alleged cover-up by Trump's Justice Department. Specifically, we demand:

    1. The appointment of an independent special counsel under 28 CFR § 600.1, which requires the Attorney General to do so in matters where DOJ has a 'conflict of interest' or presents 'other extraordinary circumstances.'
    2. This special counsel should be tasked with investigating not only the President--as previous independent counsels from Archibald Cox to Robert Hur have impartially done when the President's conduct comes under criminal suspicion--but all of Epstein's potential accomplices and co-conspirators.
    3. A full independent investigation into allegations of a DOJ cover-up, including accusations that Trump administration officials withheld evidence, interfered with investigations, or shut down investigative leads.
    4. The release of all relevant evidence to Congress and state and foreign prosecutors pursuing Epstein-related cases, consistent with the Epstein Files Transparency Act and with ample protections for survivors' identities and privacy.

We know Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell did not act alone. For too long, their victims have carried the trauma of sexual violence while powerful people in their circle have escaped accountability. That era is over.

We demand answers. Survivors deserve justice. We call for an independent special counsel to conduct a thorough investigation and hold accountable anyone found to have participated in these crimes or who helped conceal them.

House Judiciary Democrats just released a bombshell 53-page report accusing the Trump administration of covering up evidence that could link Donald Trump to rape, sexual assault, and other crimes carried out by Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking network.

The report details allegations from FIVE women who accuse Trump of rape and sexual assault--including two women who say Trump sexually assaulted them when they were just 13 and 14 years old. One of the women, former Miss Switzerland Beatrice Keul, says Trump violently raped her at New York's Plaza Hotel in 1993, leaving her bleeding and bruised.

The report also reveals that Trump LIED about never flying on Epstein's private plane. Official flight records show he flew on Epstein's plane at least EIGHT times between 1993 and 1996, despite publicly claiming he had never been aboard.

Trump is NOT above the law. Survivors deserve answers, justice, and accountability. We are joining Rep. Jamie Raskin in demanding an independent special counsel to investigate the rape and sexual assault allegations against Trump, his potential involvement in Epstein's sex trafficking network, and allegations that his own Justice Department withheld and covered up Epstein evidence.
