Vote NO on ALL of Donald Trump’s nominees accused of sexual misconduct and abuse!

Why is this important?

The law gives the president of the United States the prerogative of nominating his Cabinet--but it also gives the Senate oversight of these choices.

When President-elect Donald Trump said he planned to nominate former Representative Matt Gaetz of Florida to be U.S. attorney general, UltraViolet Action members called on their senators to block his bid amid escalating reports of sexual misconduct by the former Florida congressman. Just days later, Gaetz withdrew from consideration following reports linking him to a sex-trafficking ring involving a minor.

We need to build on this momentum! Trump has nominated an abhorrent Cabinet of Abusers, including conspiracy theorist Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to head the Department of Health and Human Services, former Fox News host Pete Hegseth to helm the Defense Department, former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) executive Linda McMahon to lead the Department of Education, and far-right billionaire Elon Musk to co-lead Trump's newly invented Department of Government Efficiency.
