A group of supposed "faith-based investors" is blackmailing the U.S.'s largest pharmacies into denying abortion pill access to customers.

For more than a year, the FDA has given pharmacies a path to dispense the abortion pill mifepristone, and Walgreens and CVS made history when they began the certification process. Now right-wing organizations including the Christian fundamentalist American Family Association and the Southern Baptist Convention are threatening financial repercussions against other pharmaceutical companies, including Walmart, Kroger, and Albertsons.

California is leading the way in abortion access by paying for its pharmacies to get mifepristone certification, and UltraViolet members have called on pharmacies in the state to take advantage. Now we need to call on Cerberus--the investment firm that owns hundreds of Albertsons, Vons, and Safeway pharmacies in California--to take advantage of this funding and not cave to pressure from anti-choice extremists!
