To whom it may concern,

I am writing to urge you to take action right away and remove the app Rumble from your app store, because it violates your company's terms of service.

Rumble is a far-right streaming site that is a haven for misogynists, accused rapists, and conspiracy theorists, including Tommy Sotomayor, who held a five-hour stream praising the merits of white supremacy. It is also home to Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes, who on his Rumble stream said: "A lot of George Floyds and [Jordan] Neelys are going to die before we're going to have a civilization that our kids are going to be safe to live in." Active users on Rumble also include indicted rapist Andrew Tate and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, who promoted the lie that the Sandy Hook school shooting was a hoax.

The above examples are just a few out of countless others that clearly demonstrate how Rumble is directly violating your app store's terms of service  prohibiting discrimination and incitement of violence based on race.

To continue including Rumble in your app store means that your company is complicit in the radicalization of impressionable young men and boys.

I urge you to take immediate action to remove and block the racist and misogynist app Rumble from your app store.

Why is this important?

By hosting the streaming site Rumble in its app store, Apple is ignoring its own policies and fueling misogyny and hate.¹

Rumble is a far-right streaming site that is a haven for misogynists, accused rapists, and conspiracy theorists like Nick Fuentes, Alex Jones, and Andrew Tate. There's no question that it breaks the rules against discrimination and incitement of violence based on race.²

Make no mistake about it: The future of our democracy hangs in the balance. Since 2016, the far-right extremists in the Republican Party, hardcore misogynists, and violent white supremacists have leaned into and found success in recruiting and radicalizing young men on online streaming platforms.³ And study after study shows that their efforts are paying off with more and more young men and boys becoming conservative and likely to vote for misogynists, including Donald Trump and other MAGA Republicans.⁴

That's why we need your help to force Apple to enforce its own rules.
