Call Script
• The Epstein Files Transparency Act was passed nearly unanimously in the House, unanimously passed in the Senate, and signed into law by President Trump. Yet, Attorney General Pam Bondi has broken the law and failed to release ALL the Epstein files by December 19, 2025. Please support Representatives Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna, and hold her in inherent contempt.
• The Epstein Files Transparency Act mandated that ALL the Epstein files be released by December 19, 2025. But the Justice Department has released less than 1% of the files. Please hold Attorney General Pam Bondi in inherent contempt for breaking the law.
• The 1,000 or more survivors of Jeffrey Epstein--many of whom were girls at the time of his crimes--deserve justice. I support them and want all the Epstein files released. Please support Representatives Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna to hold Attorney General Pam Bondi in inherent contempt for breaking the law, the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
Attorney General Pam Bondi's Justice Department was supposed to release 100% of the Epstein files by December 19, 2025, as required by the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Yet it has admitted to releasing less than 1% of the files. This is outrageous and completely unacceptable.
Holding Bondi in inherent contempt would turn up the pressure on her to release all the files. It would give Bondi another mandated deadline for making them public. If she fails to do so, again, Congress would fine her daily until she does. This strategy could work, but only if we can push House members to support Representatives Thomas Massi (R-KY) and Ro Khanna's (D-CA) efforts to start the process.
