Less than two years after 200,000 UltraViolet members demanded justice for the 16-year-old survivor whose rape was caught on camera and shared on social media--one of the convicted rapists is back on Steubenville's Big Red football team.

What kind of message does this send to other young boys? From the beginning, there was rampant victim blaming and efforts to cover up the crime--simply because the two boys involved were revered football players.

It's unconscionable that a High School athletic program that faced harsh criticism for obstructing justice--where two coaches have been indicted for the roll they played in covering up sexual assault--is now allowing the convicted rapist back onto its idolized football team.

Now we need to come together again to demand that athletes aren't shielded from the consequences of their actions.
