Tell Congress:

Don't allow campus administrators to violate rape survivors' privacy. Eliminate privacy loopholes in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

The University of Oregon is using a rape survivor's private therapy records against her in a lawsuit.

How are they doing this? By exploiting a loophole in the federal law that covers health services on college campuses.

It’s outrageous and it has to be stopped. News of the University’s actions is starting to spread across national media and they are starting to feel the heat. Now, when thousands are paying attention to this story is the time to push Congress to fix this horrible law. Will you add your name?
