Wisconsin gubernatorial candidate Scott Walker just got caught in a bold-faced lie--claiming he's a big supporter of equal pay in a TV ad, despite signing a bill REPEALING an equal pay law just two years ago.

Scott Walker is widely being discussed as a presidential candidate for 2016, and it's critical we call him out now.

TV stations would not air ads from corporations that present completely inaccurate information as fact, and companies are required to record disclaimers and back up claims legally. Why should TV stations give politicians like Scott Walker a pass rather than holding him to the same standards?

In the ad currently running, Walker's female lieutenant governor lauds Walker's support of equal pay for women. The reality is that as governor, Walker signed a bill repealing Wisconsin's Equal Pay Enforcement law, which had been proven effective in reducing gender pay discrimination. Scott Walker literally did the opposite of what he is claiming

TV stations in Wisconsin have a duty to report the truth and not air untruthful ads. The more TV stations who refuse to air Scott Walker's equal pay ad, the less deception politicians like Walker can get away with. Will you add your name demanding TV stations stop distorting the truth?
