Justice for Tondalo Hall

Justice for Tondalo Hall

Tell the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board:

"Tondalo Hall shouldn't be in prison while the man who abused her and her children is free. Grant Tondalo Hall a commutation of her sentence."

Her partner severely beat her and her children--but she's the one serving 30 years in prison.

Tondalo Hall, a 30-year old mother from Oklahoma, is serving a sentence 15 times that of the man who abused her--for "failing to protect" her children from him. It's a cruel failure of the justice system that all too often punishes survivors of domestic violence. Right now, we have a chance to make it right--but only for a few days.

Tondalo just applied for a special kind of clemency called commutation, which could lead to her release. If the Oklahoma Parole Board hears from thousands of us, it could be convinced to set Tondalo Hall free--and her release could set a precedent for the many similar cases mothers face across the country. Can you sign the petition?
