Sexual harassment at T-Mobile

Sexual harassment at T-Mobile

Tell T-Mobile executives:

"Stop silencing sexual harassment victims!"

Did you know that T-Mobile forces employees who experience sexual harassment to sign illegal confidentiality agreements? If they don't sign, they're threatened with termination--that's what happened to Angela Agganis.

After being forced to keep her sexual harassment secret, Angela took her fight to court and a judge ordered T-Mobile to repeal its policy of silencing victims. But the order only applies to two locations, not in any of T-Mobile's other offices all over the country.

Now Angela is demanding that T-Mobile get rid of its nationwide gag order on employees who suffered sexual harassment--and she needs our help. That's why we're joining Angela and our friends at Communications Workers of America to demand that T-Mobile stop illegally silencing sexual harassment victims. Will you sign the petition?
